Before requesting support, please ensure that you have completed the installation guide and verified that all required plugins are installed.

To help us resolve your issue quickly, include:

Your server version (e.g. Paper 1.21.1)
The plugin versions you are using
A list of installed plugins (/plugins)
The complete console error (not just a screenshot)
A description of the issue
Screenshots or a short video (if applicable)
The steps you've already tried
Before Contacting Support

Please check the following:
All required plugins are installed.
PlaceholderAPI expansions have been downloaded.
The installation guide has been followed completely.
The hologram world name has been changed correctly.
The server has been restarted after installation.
Support Limitations

Support does not include:

Editing or creating custom hologram designs.
Support for modified resource files.
Compatibility with unsupported or outdated plugin versions.
Issues caused by other plugins or custom server configurations.
